I think this is a brilliant way to digitize loyalty + hospitality - I like the "gamifying" effect of earning new badges + swag as you go along. Curious if the restaurant would have a dashboard where they could see + learn the names of the guests who are climbing the ranks of their program so they could prioritize in person touch points when those guests are in the restaurant?
Do the restaurants only benefit from frequent customers? How else do they?
What problem is this solving exactly? Seems like a total waste of talent and time.
